Il ne r\u00e9pond pourtant pas toujours \u00e0 la question que l\u2019on se pose. Une lecture utile commence par quatre colonnes : la puissance, l\u2019\u00e9nergie de la batterie, la tension et la masse. Elles se compl\u00e8tent ; aucune ne r\u00e9sume \u00e0 elle seule le comportement d\u2019une roue.<\/p>\n<\/div>\n<h2 class=\"wmc-story-section-title\">Les W : quelle puissance est annonc\u00e9e ?<\/h2>\n<div class=\"wmc-story-copy\">\n<p>Le watt mesure une puissance. Mais deux lignes exprim\u00e9es en watts peuvent porter des intitul\u00e9s diff\u00e9rents. Sur sa fiche de la 14D Pro, KingSong distingue ainsi 800 W de puissance nominale et 2 400 W de puissance de pointe. Ce sont les valeurs annonc\u00e9es par le fabricant, pas des mesures WMC. Pour comparer deux fiches, il faut donc conserver le libell\u00e9 : confronter un pic d\u2019un c\u00f4t\u00e9 \u00e0 une valeur nominale de l\u2019autre produit une comparaison trompeuse. <a href=\"https:\/\/www.kingsong.com\/collections\/electric-unicycle\/products\/kingsong-14d-pro\">Voir les sp\u00e9cifications originales KingSong.<\/a><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<h2 class=\"wmc-story-section-title\">Les Wh : une \u00e9nergie, pas une distance<\/h2>\n<div class=\"wmc-story-copy\">\n<p>L\u2019EIA rappelle la diff\u00e9rence entre puissance et \u00e9nergie : un wattheure correspond \u00e0 un watt pendant une heure. \u00c0 titre d\u2019exemple purement arithm\u00e9tique, 1 000 W pendant une heure repr\u00e9sentent 1 000 Wh. Cette \u00e9galit\u00e9 ne donne aucun kilom\u00e9trage de gyroroue. La fiche KingSong s\u00e9pare d\u2019ailleurs la capacit\u00e9 de batterie de l\u2019autonomie annonc\u00e9e, dont elle pr\u00e9cise que le r\u00e9sultat r\u00e9el d\u00e9pend des conditions de roulage. <a href=\"https:\/\/www.eia.gov\/energyexplained\/electricity\/measuring-electricity.php\">Lire l\u2019explication des W et Wh par l\u2019EIA.<\/a><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<h2 class=\"wmc-story-section-title\">Les V : une autre grandeur \u00e9lectrique<\/h2>\n<div class=\"wmc-story-copy\">\n<p>Dans le Syst\u00e8me international, le volt est l\u2019unit\u00e9 de diff\u00e9rence de potentiel \u00e9lectrique. Une tension n\u2019est donc ni une quantit\u00e9 d\u2019\u00e9nergie ni un temps de fonctionnement. La seule pr\u00e9sence d\u2019un nombre de volts plus \u00e9lev\u00e9 ne suffit pas \u00e0 \u00e9tablir l\u2019autonomie ou l\u2019agr\u00e9ment d\u2019une roue. <a href=\"https:\/\/www.nist.gov\/pml\/special-publication-330\/sp-330-section-2\">Consulter les unit\u00e9s du SI au NIST.<\/a><\/p>\n<\/div>\n<h2 class=\"wmc-story-section-title\">Les kg : roue et charge transport\u00e9e<\/h2>\n<div class=\"wmc-story-copy\">\n<p>Enfin, distinguer la masse de la machine de sa charge maximale \u00e9vite une autre confusion : KingSong annonce, pour cet exemple, 14,5 kg nets et 120 kg de charge maximale. Noter la version du mod\u00e8le, la date de consultation et les intitul\u00e9s exacts permet ensuite de poser de bonnes questions lors d\u2019un essai.
